It’s a nice fall day to enjoy a bowl of steaming clam chowder and some fresh salmon while watching the weather move across the bay.

The Golden Gate Salmon Association (goldengatesalmonassociation.com)  presents the Greater Bay Area Salmon Awareness Weekend.  Come out and enjoy some delicious local salmon and help spread the word that our local salmon fishery, although still subject to delta water management plans, is recovering.  Visit their website for more info.
