Tiburon is in Marin County in the San Francisco
Bay Area.
We are one of very few public restaurants situated
right on the Bay
with their own boat docks.
From San Francisco you can drive here in about
20 minutes or you can take the Ferry Boat from Fisherman's Wharf in about 30
minutes or you can sail your own boat into Sam's from any
port on
earth!
If you are driving...
From the
North take Highway 101 South to the Tiburon Exit. Go East over the
highway and continue straight on Tiburon Boulevard for about 5 miles to
downtown Tiburon.
You can't miss us.
From the South take Highway 101
North across the Golden Gate Bridge to the Tiburon Exit. Turn right and
continue East on Tiburon Boulevard for about 5 miles to downtown
Tiburon.

Treat yourself and your
friends to a relaxing ride over and a worry-free ride back. It's a wonderful
alternative to driving and it docks only 50 yards from Sam's! See the current

Sailing Your Own Boat
We have our own boat docks just 50 yards down from where the Blue & Gold
Ferry ties up. We have two good-size fingers and we can accomodate a good
number of vessels, but be advised that they fill up fast and early, especially
on weekends & Holidays. Docking space is on a first come, first serve
basis. A friendly reminder: We appreciate your business and we do not currently
impose any docking fees or time limits for your visit. We only ask that you be
considerate of others who may be waiting offshore for a parking space. They'll
do the same for you someday. Sorry, but we do not allow overnight stays and
no
"rafting" or jet-skis are allowed.
